Please follow the instructions given on that form and do not change the format, page setup or font style. Abstracts should be sent to David Dunér (email:[email protected]) as .doc files per e-mail attachment. Please note: Abstracts can unfortunately only be produced in black and white.

Deadline for abstract submission and registration is 31 March 2015.
