Registration desk

The registration table will be situated in the vicinity of the hotel front desk. It will be manned on Monday 11 June 2013 from 17:00 to 20:00. We will also try to be there as much as possible after dinner. On Tuesday 12 June 2013 registration will be possible at the entrance of the Karlskrona lecture hall from 08:00 to 09:00. Participants arriving later can also register there during coffee breaks.

A registration fee of SEK 800,- is charged in addition to the accommodation and meals costs covered by the conference packages. It is used for the conference excursion to Ven Island and has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Also accompanying persons need to pay the registration fee if they want to take part in the excursion and the Conference dinner on Thursday 13 June 2013.

Participation

The meeting is also open to participants outside the Nordic Network of Astrobiology, who are cordially invited to participate.Conference organisers, however, reserve the right to refuse registration to such participants. Invitations for visa applications will only be issued to invited speakers.

Conference packages

We offer a conference package (see price list below) for accommodation and meals. This package includes:

• accommodation in single and double room according to your choice for the nights from 10 to 14 June 2013
• buffet breakfast
• all lunches, coffee rooms and dinners (apart from the dinner 13 June , which are covered by the registration fee)
• free Wifi in the hotel
• conference material

The following conference package fees apply:

Meals for conference participants staying outside (Dinners, lunches and coffee breaks)	SEK 2610,-
Supplement for accompanying person sharing room with participant (participant paying single room conference package) including meals	SEK 4720,-

Payment of the conference package is due at check-out. People stay outside the conference centre and only book the lunchs, coffee breaks and dinners should settle their bills NO LATER than 13th June. Major credit cards are accepted. No advance payment or deposit is required.

Registration fees apply in addition to the accommodation and meals costs covered by the conference packages. They have to be paid in cash upon arrival. The registration fees are as follows:

Also accompanying persons need to pay the registration fee if they want to take part in the excursion. Thisregistration fee covers:

• excursion to Ven Island
• Conference dinner on 13 June 2013

Thus, with the registration fee and the conference package all meals, accommodation and excursions are covered. Unfortunatelty, due to administrative reasons we are forced to separate these two fees.

If you leave earlier or come later please mark so at the registration form. The venue will then send you a quotation for your accommodation and meals.

PLEASE NOTE: Accommodation at the conference Centre is limited, so early booking is requested. In case of a full booked conference centre, we can offer you alternative accommodation in Lund or at a place close to the conference centre (Frostavallen). Shuttle buses to and from Frostavallen will be provided free of charge for conference guests.

Registration procedures

To register for the meeting, please do the following:

1. Fill in the registration form (to be downloaded here).

2. Send the completed registration forms per e-mail attachment to [email protected] AND TO [email protected] mentioning "Isotopes 2013" in the message title. This constitutes the reservation and you should obtain a confirmation of the venue in due course.

3. Pay the conference fee (SEK 800,-) in cash upon arrival.

4. Payment of the conference package (accommodation and meals) is due at check-out.

The deadline for registration and accommodation booking is 30 April 2013. Thereafter neither accommodation nor the quoted conference package prices can be guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: Sending in the registration form implies a hotel booking. Thus, in the case of cancellation after 15 April, cancellation fees might apply.

Payment

Payment of the registration fee (SEK 800,-) is due in cash upon arrival. The conference package (meals and accommodation) has to be paid to the hotel at the check-out. Common credit cards are accepted for this. It might be a good idea to settle the payment on the day before departure. No advance payment before the arrival at conference is necessary.
