Registration desk
The registration table will be situated in the vicinity of the hotel front desk. It will be manned on Wednesday 5 June 2013 from 14:00 to 20:00. We will also try to be there as much as possible after dinner. On Thursday 6 June 2013 registration will be possible at the entrance of the Karlskrona lecture hall from 08:00 to 09:00. Participants arriving later can also register there during coffee breaks.

Participation
The meeting is also open to all interested scientists and astrobiology teachers, who are cordially invited to participate. Conference organisers, however, reserve the right to refuse registration to such participants. Invitations for visa applications will only be issued to invited speakers and contributors.

Conference packages & registration fees
We offer a conference package (see price list below) for accommodation and meals. This package includes:

• accommodation in single and double room according to your choice for the nights from 5 to 11 June 2013
• buffet breakfast
• all lunches, coffee breaks and dinners
• free Wifi in the hotel
• conference material

The following conference package fees apply:

Accommodation in shared double room + meals	SEK 7050,-
Meals for conference participants staying outside (Dinners, lunches and coffee breaks)	SEK 3380,-
Supplement for accompanying person sharing room with participant (participant paying single room conference package) including meals	SEK 5900,-

Payment of the conference package is due at check-out. People stay outside the conference centre and only book the lunches, coffee breaks and dinners should settle their bills NO LATER than 9th June. Major credit cards are accepted. No advance payment or deposit is required.

No registration fee is charged for attendance of the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: Accommodation at the conference Centre is limited, so early booking is strongly advised. In case of a full booked conference centre, it is possible to get alternative accommodation in Lund or at a place close to the conference centre (Frostavallen). Shuttle buses to and from Frostavallen will be provided free of charge for conference guests.

Registration procedures
To register for the meeting, please do the following:

1. Fill in the registration form (to be downloaded here).

2. Send the completed registration forms per e-mail attachment to [email protected] AND TO [email protected] mentioning "IWEA 2013" in the message title. This constitutes the reservation and you should obtain a confirmation of the venue in due course.

3. Pay the conference package or - in the case of shorter stay - the fee for your meals and accommodation at check-out.

The deadline for registration and accommodation booking is 30 April 2012. Thereafter neither accommodation nor the quoted conference package prices can be guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: Sending in the registration form implies a hotel booking. Thus, in the case of cancellation after 15 April, cancellation fees might apply.

Payment
The conference package (meals and accommodation) has to be paid at the check-out. Common credit cards are accepted. It might be a good idea to settle the payment on the day before departure. No advance payment before the arrival at conference is necessary.
