Application

Application to the summer course "Molecules in Space" is now open. You are eligible for the summer school if you are one of the following:

  • a Ph. D. student in a subject relevant to astrobiology (chemistry, astronomy, physics, geology, biology etc.)

  • a postdoctoral researcher (or in a similar position) in a field related to astrobiology and your first Ph. D. in such a field is less than 5 years before the application deadline.

If you want to apply for the summer school, please fill in the application form (can be downloaded here as a .doc or .pdf file) including the following parts (see the form for details):

  • the completed cover page

  • a curriculum vitae

  • a motivation letter why you want to attend the course

  • a list of your publications

Please send the application as e-mail attachment to Wolf Geppert ([email protected]). In the cover page you are asked to give two scientists as reference. Please do not send any reference letters, we will contact them if we need to. If you have a CV and a publication list already that fulfils the requirements, you can send them separately.

The organisers will then select the participants that will be invited to participate the school. Applicants will be informed about the outcome of the selection in the second half of April.
